Are my photos and details private?
Yes. Everything you share is kept strictly confidential and is never published or shared. You may crop or leave out your face in photos.
What photos should I send?
Three angles of the area you would like to address — front and both sides — in even, natural light. Photos are optional but help the surgeon give you a more specific plan.
Is this a substitute for an in-person visit?
No. The online consultation is a convenient first step. A video or in-person evaluation always follows before any surgery is scheduled.
Can I do this in Spanish?
Yes. Our team is fully bilingual and can guide you through the whole process in English or Spanish.
